The following is a rendering of the first residential building that will go up next to the Barking Crab:
This is the first building to be built as a part of the massive Seaport Square project.
Here is a quick rundown of the specific of this particular building:
- Square Feet: 110,000
- Floors: 6 (four condos, 2 retail – there is one level of underground parking)
- Units: 34
- Retail Space: 20,000 square feet
This building will be considered the gateway to the massive new Seaport Square project, sitting on the water next to the Barking Crab. The Boston Residential Group was just recently brought on board by Gale International to help with work on this building. The project LEED certified and will public space connecting the Moakley Courthouse and the Harborwalk, as well as in the space that connects the new building and the Barking Crab.
