TriZetto, PowerAdvocate Among Companies Coming to 179 Lincoln:
Millennium Partners, the developer of the the prominent Ritz-Carlton Boston Common towers in downtown Boston, has reportedly leased 100,000 square feet at 179 Lincoln Street.
Located in the Leather District, the five story building was built in 1899 and is currently undergoing a renovation. Improvements include a new lobby and entrance, new below grade parking, and new building systems. CBT Architects was hired to design the improvements.
Companies that have signed leases include The TriZetto Group (31,000-sf), Bovis Lend Lease LMB Inc. (22,000-sf), and PowerAdvocate Group (22,000-sf). In total, Millennium says that they have signed leases totaling 75,000 square feet, and that they have an additional 25,000 square feet worth of lease commitments.
As of November, it is estimated that 179 Lincoln will be 50 percent leased.
