Description: A long delayed project in what is considered to be a key spot to Hartford’s redevelopment. There have been several proposals and rumored start dates, but none of them have ever come to fruition. Over this time period, the project has continually been scaled back, to the point where developers are likely not going to include a residential component at all. Above, most information slots are marked with a question mark because, in reality, nobody really knows what will happen here. The best way to sum this project up is that it is a mess at the moment, and it has been for quite some time.
