Description: Originally proposed at 32 stories and 350 feet, this project was scaled back to appease the surrounding residents. Additionally, original proposals called for the abandonment of Bradford Street. This too was shot down, and the project had to be altered. As part of the project, an underground garage will be built as well. A significant part of the design is how the proposal has the building straddling Federal Street. The archway over the street would be lit and manned at all hours. The project has been accused by some as being anti-pedestrian, or not inviting to outsiders. The project has not been well received by many of the locals, as many, including councilmen and several neighborhood associations.
